Our session together will explore a balanced practice combining breath work, dynamic asana, and meditation with a heart-centered awareness of self-study, mindfulness, and ease. I lead breath focused, heart opening, vinyasa style flow combining my love of music with the practice of yoga. During our time together we will explore how to create a foundation from which to invite gratitude, intention, & grace through breathe, humor, movement, and honoring your true self.
